In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Any term used in these Terms that is not defined above shall carry its ordinary English meaning as understood in the context of online gaming and financial services.

By accessing the nbn88 Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, creating an Account, depositing funds, playing games, or placing sports bets — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the nbn88 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and nbn88 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" in these Terms shall apply equally to that individual or entity.

nbn88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse access to the Platform or to close any Account without providing a reason, subject to the account closure provisions set out in Section 8 of these Terms.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the nbn88 Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of your registration.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any undisclosed third party.
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by nbn88 policy.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the nbn88 Platform or had an Account closed for Terms violation.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of nbn88 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

nbn88 takes its age verification obligations seriously. As part of the KYC process, Players will be required to submit government-issued identification documents confirming their date of birth before any withdrawal is approved. nbn88 may also request age verification documents at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during the Player's use of the Platform.

Where nbn88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be under the age of 18, the Account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any deposits made to a suspended underage Account will be returned to the original payment method used, and no winnings generated during the suspended period will be paid out.

To access real-money games, place sports bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals on the nbn88 Platform, you must first complete the registration process and create a verified Account. Registration is free of charge.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not use false information, aliases, or another person's identity when registering. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the nbn88 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. nbn88 uses automated and manual verification systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). nbn88 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (2SV) on your Account for additional security. You must notify nbn88 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. nbn88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate password security or has shared their login credentials with a third party.

nbn88 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to enable Players to fund their Accounts and receive their winnings quickly and conveniently. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nbn88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside nbn88's control.

Supported Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current supported methods are always listed in the Account cashier section.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposit requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts for bank transfer methods may differ and are stated in the cashier section.

Withdrawal Processing Times: nbn88 aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad) within 15–30 minutes during business hours, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible.
• nbn88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of whether full KYC has previously been completed.

• nbn88 is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by technical issues at your payment provider, network downtime, or banking system maintenance outside nbn88's control.
• nbn88 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request source-of-funds documentation from Players making withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

nbn88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, the BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi cultural occasions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. nbn88 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Game contribution rates for each promotion will be stated in the individual promotion terms or in the Promotions FAQ accessible after login.
• Bonus Abuse: Any Player found to be systematically exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using promotional funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional structures — will have all bonuses forfeited and their Account permanently closed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms. Opting into a new promotion while an active bonus is outstanding may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Bonus Withdrawal Order: Where a Player's Account contains both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, Real Money funds are wagered first. Bonus funds are only wagered once the Real Money Balance has been exhausted, unless the Platform's cashier structure specifies otherwise.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount of bonus winnings that can be converted to withdrawable Real Money is capped at a multiple of the original bonus amount, as stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• nbn88 Discretion: nbn88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, nbn88's decision is final.

As a Player on the nbn88 Platform, you agree at all times to use the Platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm other Players, nbn88, or any third party. The following obligations and restrictions apply to your use of the Platform:

General Obligations:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent account management communications.
• Keep your Account login credentials confidential and secure at all times.
• Notify nbn88 immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your Account.
• Use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for any commercial or professional gambling operation.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.

Prohibited Conduct — the following are strictly forbidden:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity to access the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, or exploitation of technical errors in games or the payment system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, games, or sportsbook.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that exploits non-public information to gain an unfair advantage on sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player gaming format.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to illegal activity.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing any content through the Platform that is defamatory, offensive, threatening, or in violation of any applicable law.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's servers, networks, or infrastructure in any manner.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your nbn88 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus Balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion via the Account dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods start at a minimum of 6 months and can be extended indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the Account cannot be accessed, reactivated, or played on. Suspension or Closure by nbn88: nbn88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time period.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A chargeback dispute raised by the Player against a deposit transaction.
• Duplicate Account detection.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Extended inactivity — Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts will receive advance email notification before any administrative fee is applied to the balance in accordance with nbn88's dormant account policy.

Where an Account is closed by nbn88 due to a Terms breach, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, nbn88 reserves the right to retain funds to cover losses, costs, or damages resulting from the breach. In cases where no breach is established following investigation, any retained Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

nbn88 also maintains the following additional general policies that form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform:

• Intellectual Property: All content on the nbn88 Platform — including software, design, graphics, trademarks, game content, and text — is the proprietary property of nbn88 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from nbn88.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nbn88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nbn88 and supersede all prior agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
